  Not a great experience the apartment they moved me into had a bed bug infestation wich was our first problem and with one there's always more. floor boards are spacing and feel like their caving in when i walk and the housing manager says it's no big deal old cat pee underneath the carpet so i smell hat all the time and our dishwasher falls out of the wall so that's always fun

  The place is ok for a single person or a couple. However, it's not without its issues. While they do have laundry facilities in every other building, at times they are locked for no reason and just today, the one that is usually open, had 3 men in it smoking which is not allowed and my pregnant wife could not do laundry due to the smoke filled environment. Also, while heat and hot water are included, our building has had issues with hot water for months!. Even through they repaired the system several times and eventually replaced it, we still don't know each morning when we wake up if we will have hot water or not. Several times we went a day or 2 without being able to shower or wash dishes. The staff is pleasant and while they are understanding of our complaints, their maintenance efforts have not been able to ever completely solve the issue.
  
  As for inside the apartment, the accommodations are spare and in need of renovations. Maintenance has always fixed issues that arose on the inside but often times, they take a long time to do it.
  
  In my opinion, it's worth to spend a few hundreds more per month for a place that has everything in working order.
