  Very disappointed. We’ve had flooring installed by them before, so we naturally went back. This time, the installers banged so hard that nail pops and broken pieces of paint resulted on my kitchen ceiling
  ( the floor was being installed in the bedroom above the kitchen). My painter said that it would need to be repaired and repainted. I called and spoke with the owner about this and he promptly said that it was not his responsibility, that it was the integrity of the house. Nonsense. I asked him to come to see for himself, and he hung up. A few days later, he called to say he’d send his own painter over to fix it. That was three weeks ago. Fat chance of anyone showing up. I’ll not do business with them again.
