  Not sure about other people's experiences, staff always polite, appointments come before walk ups, no compromises made to client privacy ... I go for blood work every 6 months and I have never had a bad experience.

  My 6 year old needed to have blood drawn, and Bertha, was amazing with her. She took her time to explain what was going to happen, and the blood draw was over in a no time. I will definitely request Bertha when we return to Quest. Bertha, thanks for making a scary situation for my daughter a little less scary.
